Description:
Silicon Carbide is characterized by its high wear resistance and good mechanical properties.
Its typical characteristics are as following;

Good resistance to high temperature;

Application range:
Second grade black silicon carbide (SiC85%) mainly used in steelmaking as super deoxidizing agent to speed it up,easy to control steel chemical component and improve the steel quality. Because of its hardness and strong cutting ability, it also mainly used in processing optical resins materials,castings, nonferrous metal, stones, agate and high-grade jewelry, cutting and lapping of nonmetal hard material, crystal and ferrite lapping and polishing, ceramic and glass processing and polishing etc.
