Features of the wood pellet mill
1. Big gear Transmission for easy operation and lower maintenance.
Two big gears,each weight is more than 1.3ton.
-----Other suppliers all use the reducer transmission,which is easy to break,and higher maintenance.
2. 4 rollers working, increasing press rate and capacity.
-----Other suppliers all use the 2 rollers.
3. Double layers ring die type, longer working lifetime.
So, new designed vertical ring die type pellet mill machine TYJ550-II ,with higher capacity 1.5-2T/H.
-----The capacity for the same model of other suppliers' is only 1-1.5Ton/Hour.
4.Self-lubrication system:Spindle automatic lubrication system.
Rollar automatic lubrication system:It can keep the pellet machine in maintenance for 24 hours.
-----Other suppliers did not have this system,they have to lubricate each working time for about 8hours

Raw materials of the wood pellet mill:
Wood pellet granulator used to produce biomass pellets from the materials.such as wood,woodchips,pine,mahogany,rubber tree,rice husk,pennisetum,wheat/corn straw,cotton stalks,alfalfa grass,bagasse,
palm fiber,non-physical materials,etc.
Size:Less than 5mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to
wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality pellet.
