- Bowie-Dick Test for higher process assurance.
- Automatic Fo Calculator with facility for control in case of heat labile materials.
- Automatic air detector device for on-line air detection.
- "Sterile door lock" to prevent sterile door opening unless the sterilization cycle completed.
- Vacuum tight validation ports for insertion of temperature sensors for thermometric testing.
Applications:
Double Door Autoclave are designed to focus on research center, animal laboratory and
medical center for their large volume & easy operating.
Competitive Advantage:
Double Door Autoclave of this model now adopted is the control of sterilization phase
according to a pressure signal, rather than temperature. Obviously, the temperature readout
varies as a function of the position of the sensors, whilst the pressure is uniform throughout
the chamber.
However, process control is performed by reading in the chamber (and from inside
the product) temperature signals whose match with the pressure value, as constantly
verified by the controller, demonstrates that the autoclave is operating correctly.
This principle, in saturated-steam conditions(when there is a two-way T/P correspondence)
allows to obtain uniformities in sterilization temperature which are far better then the currently
required level of ±0.5
