1) 60% waste wood fiber or bamboo fiber

2) 30 % recycled plastic

3) 10% Chemical additives

Certificate: Past CE SGS ISO ASTM FSC......

 Packing: Plywood pallet, according to clients' requirement.

Guarantee period: five years

Lifespan: 15-20 years

Color fade: Slight color fade due to nature factor (fiber and bamboo is nature products).

Water absrption: 0.3-0.8%

Fire rating: Normally our wpc arrive at level of B2   

Shrinkage: For example the profile length is 2000 mm.The temperature shift is 20 degree. 

                       The shrinkage is at 1.6mm-2.8mm.

Weather resistant: suitable from -40 to 60 degree 

Installation

Correct way of installation is very important. Please double check our installation guide before doing your project.

1) Always leave space (5 -7mm ) between 2 boards, or between board and wall.
2) Where there are 2 board ends meet, put 2 pcs of keels under each board end.
3) Keep the space of 2 keels at 28 -35cm .
4) Do not use glue to install.
5)The length is better shorter than 3.0m. If the length is longer than 3.0m, please leave suitable space according to wpc Shrinkage

1. What is wpc?

WPC is a green building material, it's made of 60%-50% natural wood fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ) ,30%-40% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% -10% Chemical additives ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, color rants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent etc..). 

2. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory from China. We have more than 10 years professional experience in producing wpc items.

3. What is the sample price and sample production time? 

 If you need to check samples first , the samples are free, However,you need to pay the shipping fee , and the charge will be refunded to you when mass order confirmed . You are responsible for freight sample production time within 5 days.

4. What is the export port?

5.Is it difficult to install the wpc board?

No, it is easy to install. Using the tool which you used to install the real wood. Fix the board on the substructure with clips.

6. How to clean wood plastic deckings?

It's better to use soap-suds to brush it.
