1. Horizontal rotary worktable

 

 

To match usage with semiconductor laser and robots, it is at the same time equipped with a horizontal rotary worktable and machine tool base, main components are casting structure.

 

1.1 Horizontal rotary worktable

Max.work piece length: 3500 mm;

Chuck diameter Φ 630 mm (four); High center: 700 mm;

Horizontal rotary table bearing: 30 t; With a tail stock thimbles;

Servo motor: 3.5 KW (KUKA);

Horizontal rotating speed: 0.15-10 RPM (gear box high speed/low speed two shift);

Workbench base: 5500 mm * 1000 mm * 280 mm, with T slots, through the T slots,to realize the position of the head stock, tail stock, center bracket,etc
