Description

 

The machine bed adopts the gantry structure, the whole bed welding, has high rigidity, shock resistance and 

stability.
Transverse beam is made of high strength aluminum alloy casting, with good acceleration performance.
It’s high precision, fast speed with precision linear guide and high precision helical gears and helical rack as 

transmission elements.
Imported high precision planetary gear reducer to ensure the operation of precision and smooth.
The imported servo motor from Japan can guarantee the reliability of transmission effectively.
The machine bed is equipped with changeable working tables, which can greatly improve the cutting efficiency. 

After cutting, the small work-pieces fall into the plate chain conveyor, and will be sent out automatically.
Equipped with dust exhaust device, which can discharge of the smoke and harmful gas produced during the 

cutting process, improve the working environment, protect the health of the operator.
The X axis, Y axis guide rails and rack are protected by lateral plate and protective chamber, it will avoid dust 

pollution to the transmission parts, and prolong the service life of the machine.
Z axis device control Z axis motor drive cutting height by capacitance type sensor. It maintain The distance 

between the nozzle and the cutting board, guarantee the cutting quality.
It uses fiber laser cutting head from the Switzerland. It is very convenient to replace and clean protective lens. 

And it can adjust the position of focus according to the material and thickness of cutting board to guarantee the 

cutting quality.
X axis and Y axis are used to control the mechanical contact type switch, and the X axis and the Y axis are 

protected by elastic buffer device, effectively ensure the safety of sports.
