I Specialized Highly Follow-up Sensor
Auto tracing system, rapid reflect, accurate location.
1 Sampling rate is up to 1000 times/s, max. Tracing speed is up to 500mm/s.
2 Highly follow-up control range is 0-10mm.
3 Static detection accuracy is 0.001mm, dynamic detection accuracy is 0.02mm.
4 Network communication, update on-line.
5 Oscilloscope function, detects the change of capacitance and height in real time.
6 Warning when panel is collided and lack, prevent accidental collision to the laser head.
7 Edge detection, auto finding plate edge, leapfrog lift, segmental perforation, lift height can be set arbitrarily.

9 Matched with any cutting head and spray nozzle, auto adapted the capacitance parameter.
