Introduction of the Stabilizer

The integral blade stabilizers are manufactured from one solid bar of AIS14145H modifed steel. Porfessional heat-

treatment process gurantees the mechanical strengths meet the requirments of API SPEC7-1. Hardness of 2785-

341HB can be assured both 1" beneath the outer surface and 4 quadrant acrosss the neck OD.  With complete range

of Hardfacings to suit all drilling conditoin, including HF1000, HF2000, HF3000 and HF4000 available

1. Process: EAF + LF + VD + Forged + Heat Treatment + Fine Finishing+ Examination+ Packing 
2. Delivery condition: as customers' requirement, semi-finished forging or finished product 
3. Test: Ultrasonic test, tensile test, impact test, hardness test, etc.
