Bottle design
We have years experience in bottle design, you can choose the bottle design from our design gallery, also we can design the bottle according to your sample or sketch.
We can design the bottle with normal shape and standard neck, the wide scope covers the water bottle, carbonated drink bottle, oil bottle, juice bottle etc.
Also we have the experience of designing special shape bottles according to customers requirement, such as wine bottle, wide mouth etc.
Advanced 2D and 3D software (AUTOCAD, UG,PRO/E,CIMITROR) guaranteed our design level.
Numerical tooling ensure the bottle shape as exactly the same as design, which can reduce the modifying accordingly shorten the mold building time.
Main Features:

Tooled by high precision machine tools, such as imported electric spark, numerical milling machine etc.
Normally we use 45# /S50C steel to build our mold, stainless steel and aluminum alloy are optional for special requirement.
