CE Certificate Embossing Facial Tissue Production Line Box Package is composed of one set   full-automatic box-drawing facial tissue machine, one set   Facial tissue cutting machine, one set  Full-automatic cardboard sealing machine and convey belt.

It gather embossment, folding, counting ,match with high-speed paper cutting machine, convey, automatic boxed and automatic sealing box in one body. This equipment adopt PLC, frequency control and equip with touch type multi-picture man and computer interface operation system. Adopt synchronization belt driving, speed-change machine driving for complete machine, which make the machine can suitable for various kind of raw material’s requirement , and improve the quality and efficiency.

Face Tissue Paper Production Flow Chart : unrewinding jumbo roll --embossing unit ---folding unit ----slitting (cutting) ---counting ---output.  

 

 

1.Jumbo roll stands: 2 : Wallboard type strcutuer, 20mm thickness steel plate

 

2. Mian machine structure: Wallboard type strcutuer, 50mm thickness steel plate

 

3. Equipped with pneumatic type wide belt to convey paper,each jumbo roll has independent tension adjustor and left-right adjusting device.

 

4.Pneumatic lifting jumbo roll unit to reduce the labor strength.

 

5.Auto stop when paper breaks to decrease the waste of paper

 

6. Cutting width is adjustable from 100-210mm freely.

 

5. Optional Units: embossing unit and edge embossing unit.

 

8.Roots vacuum bump absorbing system with strong suction,negative pressure is stable.
