Powder Feed Center for Powder Paint Plant
The powder feed central system provides fast color change. The automatic spray gun, various powder hoses, and injectors will stay clean au-tomatically during color change. A filter system maintains a comfortable indoor environment by transferring dusts during cleaning. The unit is fully programable.
The process of the powder circuit:
From the feed station the powder is transported to the electrostatic guns that charge it and apply it on the workpieces.
●The cyclone separates the overspray powder from the extraction air.
●The pump transports the powder back to the powder feeder center.
●An automatic sieve machine in the powder recovery circuit removes contaminants.
●The final filter keep dust and clean air returns to the environment.
