Quartz crucible height, diameter, wall thickness and the shape of crucible at the bottom of the production according to customers requirement.
The making quartz crucibles used "Vaccum"(VA) and "Coating"(CO). The two typical technics form a layer of bubbles 0.6mm-2.0mm without bubbles layer and micro-bubble layers in the inner wall of quartz crucible. The quartz crucible at high temperature under the conditions of the inner micro-bubble or without bubbles layer is not affected by long-term high temperature caused by an over-expansion or rupture and fell off the structure of osteopporosis.
In order to exert the advantage of two processes, so that quartz crucible is difficult deformation at high temperature, the inner surface of a crucible of anti-crystallization. We have also adopted the "vacuum coating" for the user to choose.
