1.Description
This part was made in 99% MGO high purity MGO material. It was triangle single hole tube, which was
designed per customer request. The wires will pass through the hole two ends. They were MGO tubes.

2. Physical performance
This part had very good phyisical performance in resistance high temperature, insulation, electric and heating.
They were used widely in low rate of working, low temperature equipment field. The heating agent was water
and oil.
3. Process
We can make the precise mould per customer drawing dimension request. And choose the correct Mgo material
formual to meet customer actual request. Using automatic machine to form and advanced kiln firing the half-finished
part with accurate and stable temperature to gurantee the parts good quality. The part will be very straigt .
4. Service
We can adjust the temperature to let the part have the correct hardness per customer assembly request. It
will be convenient to assembly with the thread. We will pack them very tightly mabye 20pcs together to form one bale
and pack them with soft plastic material bag into carton to protect the part to avoid damage during shipment to customer.

11. The tubes will be assembled with metal tube. If too hard, it will break during operation. So we must desing
the correct and reasonable hardness for the tubes. Then, it can be assembled with metal tubes well and work
well. Our company had the ability to desing the correct formual and adjust the correct temperature to gurantee
the correct tube hardness.
