This machine is specially used to cutting wasted Tyre, like large Steel Wire Tyre and Fabric Tyre.

Whose Steel Ring of Tyre has been removed. It can cut kinds of Tyre into your required standard

Rubber pieces, advantageous to the following Grinding process.

 

Construction:

 

Electromotor, Movable Cutter, Static Cutter, Machine Rack, Hydro-Cylinder, Hydraulic Station,

Control Room and so on.

The main criteria to decide whether the scarped-tire-recycling complete

production line is advanced or not:

 

1, The core equipments such as rubber fine grinder, tire shredder, shearing-styled

crusher, have good performance.

2, The expendable parts of core equipment, such as cutting head, blade, millstone,

have long service life.

3, In the same capacity and size of discharge materials, the total install power of

complete production line is low.

4, In the same capacity and size of discharge materials, the staffs operating complete

production line per shift is few.

5, In the same capacity and size of discharge materials, the occupied area of complete

production line per shift is small.

6, The pollution-proof and dust-remove devices which are applied in the complete production

line is advanced.
