1. Machine introduction of Scrap Tire Recycling Machine:

This scrap tire recycling machine is used for smashing the waste steel tyre and multi-layer rubber, make these tyre become rubber powder.

Processing line:

Waste tyre--cutting ring--cutting strip--cutting block---crushing--filtering--magnetic separating --filtering--finished products.

 


2. Technical parameters of Scrap Tire Recycling Machine:

 

Rubber Shredder
1 Waste tyre rubber and miscellaneous plastic pieces were shredded
150-200kg/h
Auxiliary Machines


Ring Cutter
1 Using a knife to slice the tire and tire top joint, make the size of tire and tire top complete separation


Strip Cutter
1 Cut tires into strips the tire sidewall, tire circle reserved


Block Cutter
1 Cut tires into strips 3.5cm square block


Big Shaker
1 Powder for the first time separation (8-10mesh)


Small Shaker
1 Powder for the second time separation (20-30mesh)


Large Conveyor
1 Used for transportation the powder which does not meet the requirement to return back to host machine for continue breaking


Magnetic Separator
1 Extract and separate mental wire from the rubber powder


Fiber Separator
1 Select wool fiber from powder


Steel Separator 1 Separate the crude steel mouth ring and rubber parts completely
Remarks
The above equipments constitute the complete set of scrap tyre rubber powder machine.


Wire hoop separator
1 Special for extract wires in the tire's circle


Fine pulverizer
1 Deep process the rubber powder to 40-100 mesh
