Video Quality Control Inspection Services In China Pre Shipment

This quality control is performed when at least 80% of the goods are ready, usually within the last days before supplier hand over the goods.

Main purposes of the pre shipment inspection :

• Make sure one last time that the quality of the whole quantity is OK and can be shipped

• Make sure one last time that factory will deliver the goods on time

• Confirm that defects within the productions are minors and do not affect neither the look of the product and/or its use

Pre shipment inspection is a final confirmation that everything is OK before shipment. Nevertheless if we find at this stage of the production major problems, this will mean for sure a delay of the shipment, factory won't have time to fix it in a short time.

We strongly recommend our customers to book production start inspection and/ or during production inspection, those are the safest tools to get goods with good quality and on time delivery

This quality inspection is the one that happens at the earliest stage of the production, once factory has produced no more than 5% of finished unpacked products.

This inspection can be required by our customers earlier, which means from the moment that factory has finished products done, we can go and check (we need at least 1% or several dozens of products to make an efficient and meaningful control)

Remember, the sooner you control the products the better.

This control is to us the most important, because 1st it prevents from having a whole production with major defects and 2nd at this stage it is still time for factory to make some changes without major costs. Also remember that 99% of the factories will refuse to take a bear for the additional costs that could happen during production, even if the problem comes from their side.

Basically by controlling the production at this stage of production :

• You confirm that factory is able to deliver for the whole product the quality that they showed you at sample stage

• You avoid to have major defects on the whole quantity

• If there is a problem, you still have time to fix it and get the goods done with the best quality, so you both secure quality and delivery time

We insist on the fact that you can not wait for factory to have packed finished products to control the goods.This is what most of the third party quality control companies do, And in our opinion that is wrong. 99% of the time, factory starts packing process at the end of the production , The last few days before shipping, this is too late already.

This quality control happens usually half way of the production, when factory has produced 50% of unpacked finished products.

At this stage factory must also have received all the packaging elements, so all the export cartons with shipping marks, the individual boxes or polybags,etc...So that we can control also the packing even if packaging of the goods did not start yet.




During production inspection allows customer :

• To make sure that factory is keeping producing the goods according to the sample

• To make sure that the quality of the products is constant and average quality of the whole quantity is high and up to the standards

• To make sure that there won't be major problems for this production. With 50% of goods already compliant, customer can reinforce his belief that the whole quantity will be OK

• If there are small problems found during the product, it is still time to fix it before shipment

This is a good way for customers to :

1. Check that factory does not make mistake and does not ship somebody else's goods in your container

2. Check that the correct quantity of products is loaded

3. Check that the goods are shipped

4. Check that the goods are properly loaded into the container, in a way that will prevent goods to be damaged during transportation

5. Make sure the container used to ship the goods is undamaged (waterproof, dirt proof...)
