Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil
Prepainted Galvanized steel coil is an extension of hot dip galvanized steel coil products, galvanized is the first surface treatment, and painted with a sequential manner organic coating or adhesive film, then produce a coil for cold forming further processing.
Application
1. Construction:(Outside) workshop, agricultural warehouse, residential precast unit, corrugated roof, wall, rainwater drainage pipe, terrace, retailer booth, roller shutter door
(Inside) door, doorcase, light steel roof structure, folding screen, ceiling, elevator, stairway, vent gutter
2. Electrical appliance: refrigerator, washer, switch cabinet, instrument cabinet, air conditioning, micro-wave oven, bread maker
3. Furniture: central heating slice, lampshade, chifforobe, desk, bed, locker, bookshelf
4. Carrying trade: exterior decoration of auto and train, clapboard, container, isolation lairage, isolation board
5. Others:writing panel, garbage can, billboard, timekeeper, typewriter, instrument panel, weight sensor, photographic equipment
How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample .
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25 um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of AZ coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 40g/m2.
f. with film or not
Without film is the most selection

Payment
a. 30% prepayment and 70% against B/L copy.

Packing
Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
