0.16mm - 1.6mm SGLCC Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil For Garage Door
Prepainted galvalume steel is rolling PE resin paint at surface of AL 55% galvalume steel. With longer service life and better anti-corrosion ability, Prepainted galvalume Steel Coil becomes popular.
Our manufactory has capacity for 400,000 Ton colour coated steel per year.

1. Construction:(Outside) workshop, agricultural warehouse, residential precast unit, corrugated roof, wall, rainwater drainage pipe, terrace, retailer booth, roller shutter door
(Inside) door, doorcase, light steel roof structure, folding screen, ceiling, elevator, stairway, vent gutter
2. Electrical appliance: refrigerator, washer, switch cabinet, instrument cabinet, air conditioning, micro-wave oven, bread maker
3. Furniture: central heating slice, lampshade, chifforobe, desk, bed, locker, bookshelf
4. Carrying trade: exterior decoration of auto and train, clapboard, container, isolation lairage, isolation board
5. Others:writing panel, garbage can, billboard, timekeeper, typewriter, instrument panel, weight sensor, photographic equipment
Service life
Our general pre-painted galvalume steel with AZ 40g, 25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least 20 years without fading (related to different environment)
How to order?
1.1.1 We have some coils in stock, MOQ 1 coil
1.1.2 For customized products, please inform me:
a. color
Usually we can produce according to RAL color card or sample
b. thickness
We can make from 0.14 mm to 1.6mm as your requirement
c. width
We can make from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and common width are 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm.
d. paint thickness
Usually we can make 25um in top and 10um in back
e. weight of Zn coating
We can provide 40g-275g per square meter, most customers demand 60g/m2.
