•Production and testing machine: The low pressure casting machine, gravity casting machine, continuous heat-treating furnace, the CNC lathe, machining center, automatic spray-painting line, the spectrum analyzer, X-ray machine, three-coordinates measuring machine, rotary bending tester, the radial rolls fatigue tester, impact tester, the salt spray tester, the universal material testing machine.

Q1. How to buy.

Q2. What is your terms of packing? 
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. 
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? 
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 
Q4. What is the term of payment? 
A: 30% TT in advance as a deposit and the balance of 70%TT will be paid before shipment (against scanned shipping documents) or 100% LC at sight. 
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? 
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can order the molds and fixtures. 
Q6. What is your sample policy? 
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. The sample is free, but with freight collect. 
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery? 
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q8. Do you accept MOQ? 
A: Yes, we accept a 20 container(200pieces) as MOQ.

    2. Before the delivery, you can arrange the third party to inspect the quality of goods. If mass production is not        same as the approved sample, we will take the full responsibility. 
    3. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.

Q11. How to solve the quality problems after sales? 
A: 1.Take photos or videos of of the problems and send to us.
    2.You can send back the problem goods or we will send our representative for inspection. When we confirm it's       our problem, we will cut the same account in next order.
