Rigid foamed plastic sandwich aluminum foil continues production line is used to produce sheet which the surface are aluminum foil, middle can be polyurethane, polyisocyanurate and phenolic foam.

Application: Blast tube for central air-conditioning
1. Embossing machine: aluminum thickness 0.06~0.12mm, max. load weight 2000kg
2. Reaction casting machine: Measure and mix the two different liquid in certain ratio. Machine has cooling and temperature control device ensure temperature suit technical requirement. The machine has high and low pressure.
3. Stacker: Ends unfold machine, or frame unfold machine. Load weight 1000kg.
4. Double track laminating conveyor machine: Length can be 12M, 18M, 24M, 30M and 36M,speed: 2~8m/min,conveyor have steel sheet and aluminum sheet option
5. Hot wind circulating device: Heat double track conveyor, temperature from 20°C to 60°C only need 60mins, heating have two choices: warm air oil furnace and electric or steam and electric heating
6. Cutter: two choices: single or double saw auto tracking cutter, disc auto tracking cutter
7. Trimming device: knives and disc two types
8. Moving foaming machine: servo and crank throw servo two types
9. Pre-heating table: temperature 40°C, adjustable
