Application
BLSJ 90 series single-screw extruders are developed for thermoplastic extrusion. Equipped with different dies and auxiliaries, BLSJ series extruder can produce pipe, rod, strip, film, wire, and bottle, etc.

- The TYPEY series VFD motor is a kind of AC motor controlled by constant torque via SCR. It is featured by wide speed variation,low controlling power,performance of starting,large torque.
- High-hardness gear reducer with reliable drive,easy maintenance and long working time.
- Fine-designed screw for even products and high production,due to speeding material fusion and stable pressure.
- The KTV bush is helpful for conveying the solid material and stable extrusion.
- 2-channel automatic temperature controller with small temperature fluctuation for various plastics. The temperature of die,screw is also automatically controlled.
- Air cooler is connected to heating ring for better cooling effect
