Ultrasonic sealing technology is a perfect solution for cosmetic or other liquid/semi-liquid product tube sealing. It can seal strongly with or without product stick on the sealing seam. Also the pattern and shape of the sealing seam is very much customizable.

Easy to operate and change the settings. With PLC and touch screen it all become easier. Tube loading, filling and sealing process is fully automatic.
PLC control system
With PLC control system it is easy to control the ultrasonic time and cooperate between different working steps to achieve much accurate and fast filling and sealing. Minimum defects is also what ultrasonic gives to the tube sealing.
Special sealing head for ultrasonic
Pneumatic control ultrasonic sealing head is keep the pressure steady and even. Solid brass sealing bar with producing date is also very easy to change.
Machine structure
This machine is based on ultrasonic sealing technology. The tube will be loaded into the tube holder and rotate to right position. The tube will be filled with specific volume of product and sealed with ultrasonic technology. After sealed the tube sealing seam will be cut and unloaded.

A1:Usually it will take 60 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver.
Q2:What do you need to make a specific offer for my product?
A2:To make a special offer we will need the Sealing length and width and other functions you want to use on this machine. If with other special request please also inform us before we make the project.
Q3:Can you offer oversea service?
A3:Yes, if request. But we suggest online problem solving at first. If the problem still shows we can arrange engineer to go to your factory personally to solve the issue.
