2. Description:
The upper roller of this machine consists of tank, upper roller bearing, the upper roller, double row spherical roller bearing. Two tanks whose working pressure is 18Mpa provide necessary pressure on the plates.
The upper roller two journals use low-speed and heavy-load double-row spherical roller bearings. Both can meet the loading requirements, but also can tilt the upper roller when the cone.
The max pressure load system of upper roller is 0.7 uniformed on the roller will determine the drum shape of it, which can compensate for the force-deformation deflection of the upper roller, so that the cylinder’s straightness will be more accurate.
