GDZ-3000 Type Strip Flame Cutting Machine can be applied in lot size straight steel plate cutting, as well as various geometric shape steel. The main frame is bent, welded and annealed to remove the stress, so it is stable and not easy to become deformed. The servo motor, reducer, pressure release valve, air pipe and magnetic valve as well as cutting gun used are all world famous brand, thus to ensure stable quality.
This cutting machine uses Panasonic AC motor, and driven with Germany NEUGART gear reducer with precision gear and rack move to ensure stable function. Air cutting speed is adjusted by frequency transformer. The air source control box on the main engine can adjust air pressure from every tunnel easily. All the pressure adjusting valve and main air pipe are original imported. Pipe and wire on the broadwise cutting gun all use imported supporting chain, safe and neat.
