2. Description:
When the machine works, after the dust removal system, separator, hoisting machine, screw conveyor, roller system running in turn, start blasting, equipment preparation. There's detection device euipped in front of the cleaning room entrance, it can detect when the heads of the workpiece were passing through, after counting PLC delay, the shot supply valve automatically opens and began to work for blast cleaning. The workpiece passes through, while accepting the projectile hit, to remove the surface oxide skin, rust and dirt, until leaving the cleaning room until the work-piece leves the cleaning chamber.
When the work-piece passes through the back auxiliary chamber, it uses high pressure wind type of product pill and dust on the surface of the workpiece by sweeping (depending on the complexity a piece may exist blind and dead phenomenon.) / When the work-piece pass through the tail sise, it will be detected, after counting PLC delay, the valve automatically shut off.
When the work-piece go on the discharge conveyor, the workpiece has been cleared. When the work-piece go out of the cleaning chamber, then the work-piece can be unloaded. This process should repeated until the work is finished, stop the machine in order.
