2. Description:
The gantry upper clamping system of this H beam assembly machine still uses oil pump to clamp workpiece by pushing upper clamping roller, the difference is movement of girder adopts sliding wheel and rail way, which can move steadier and faster.
There is web assisting support device on gantry column, this cam support high web. It is driven by hydraulic cylinder, has several height options.
Manual workpiece limit device has simple structure and convenient manipulation.
Power device is placed under main transmission roller, which can connect trough circuit to prevent welding current hurt the bearing.
