2. Description:
W11XNC series horizontal down roller adjust 3-roller rolling machine is the styling product in our company, in the normal condition or high temperature (850 ° C ~ 1050 ° C) environment, used for the tablet volume to make sheet metal become round, curved and conical work-piece of special equipment. The three roller are driving roller.
The upper roller can move vertically and the two lower roller can move horizontally by hydraulic cylinder. The stroke is controlled by computer, automatic leveling, the screen display, synchronization accuracy ± 0.2mm; the left of the upper roller has turning device. The bearing body can flip and Reset by hydraulic device.
The end of the upper roller has balancing device, to unloading the work-piece. The machine has a separate and mobile operation table, easy to operate, while a safety interlock device, so that safe and reliable operation.
This machine adopts PLC control, raster ruler and display meter. This will show the position of the upper roller elevating and horizontal moving of bottom roller. So it is suitable for operation and reliable watching.
