Divided Type Electromagnetic Flow Meter
Introduction:
Actually,the electromagnetic flow meter consists of two parts, transmitter and sensor, the
measuring electrodes inspect the electromotive force, and transmit to the converter, the
converter provides excitation current.
E is usually called a flow signal, after processing the flow signal by converter, output 4~20 mA
pulse(or frequency) signal which is proportional to the flow rate, then the flow rate recording,
adjusting can be achieved
Application
MTF electromagnetic flow meter is, a kind of instrument,used for measuring the
flow conductivity liquid, which is widely used in flow measuring of Metallurgy,
Chemical industry, Paper industry, Environmental protection, Oil industry,
Textile industry, Food industry and City administration, Water works,etc.

Selection of Protection Level:
According to the GB4208-84 IEC standard (IEC529- 76) on the protection level:
IP65 : waterjet type; it allows the taps spray from all the directions of the instrument.
the pressure is 30kPa(0.3bar),th output of the water is 12.5l/m,and the taps is 3 meters far
from the instruments.
IP67 : antiimmersion type, it can be submerged in the water in a short time, when
testing, the highest point in the experiment should be at least 15cm underwater and last for at
least 30 minutes.
IP68: Submersible type, it can work in the water for long term, Its maximum depth in the
water should be consulted by the manufacturer and the user.
