Its CNC system adopts DAC310 from DELEM. LCD display, provides a complete
solution for shearing machines, including the control of backgauge, cutting angle,
stroke length and gap, based on state of the art electronics.
Its welded steel plate construction, hydraulic drive and welded blades frame,
with high strength and good rigidity. Full hydraulic driven returns steadily and quickly.
The rolling guide with 3-point support and improves the shearing quality.
Back gauge adopts ball screw and drive without clearance.
Depending on the application you can select either two-side positioning
or single side positioning with spindle fault correction
Operational Principle:
The sheet cutting machine adopt the suitable blade clearance between motorial
above blade and fixed under blade, which form shearing force to sheet metal with
various thickness and separate the sheet with required size. Shearing machine is
one of the forging machinery, which is widely used in aviation, light industry,
metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, shipbuilding, automobile, electric power,
electrical appliances, decoration and other industries. This equipment is applied
