Step 1: surface degrease and phosphorization after anti-corrosion coating
Step 2: primary anodic electrophoretic spray keeps the radiator surface smooth.
Step 3: The surface is treated by electrostatic spray with epoxy resin and then dried at 190 -200℃for twice. Thus a bright and colorful surface with resistance against dust, moisture, acid and scratch is formed.
