HSP-2,HSP-3 series double-hook and three stations turntable shot blasting machine suitable for surface shot blasting and strengthen the bulk of the workpiece.This machine is suitable for strengthen and remove oxide gears, gear shafts, crankshafts, engine connecting rod, the diaphragm spring, shells within shells and other machining parts after heat treatment, so that the surface reached silver, and eliminate stress and improve surface coating the role of adhesion; and of using shot blasting process on the surface of said work to increase stress and improve fatigue strength, to achieve the purpose shot blast and cleaning.
Machine construction and Characteristics
This shot blasting machine consists of blasting machine, cleaning chamber group legislature, hook revolution (2-position switching) and rotation means (2-position rotation, namely conveying unit group legislature), projectile circulatory system (including screw conveyor, hoist, separator, flow rate adjustment means), part of the gate group legislature, dust removal system and electrical system.
