Steel Body PDC
Use high-quality steel to make the base material of PDC bit, the surface of the blade weld high-performance
wear-resistant materials, the use of computer software for the overall design of three-dimensional PDC BIT,
double asymmetric teeth straight blade, medium parabolic crown, long Gage shape structure.
Cutting structure using force balance design, unique PDC cutter layout and positioning of the PDC bit to
keep a sharp cutting edge in drilling, effectively improve the offensive PDC BIT and drilling speed.
The application of fluid dynamics analysis and numerical simulation of hydraulic flow field analysis
technology to design, help to improve chip speed drill and anti-balling capacity.
Suitable for high compressive strength, with abrasive medium hard to hard formations, such as shale,
limestone, anhydrite, sandstone and so on.
PDC Produce Process
1,Matrix body
Matrix body fixed cutters are made from tungsten carbide material. This provides
improved wear resistance and erosion.Additionally, they are typically more heavy
set as far as cutter count.In applications of high fluid volume or high sand, matrix body
bits offer longer life and multiple bit runs.
2,Steel body
Steel body fixed cutters are made from a high alloy steel. Advanced machining
technology has improved the manufacturing precision remarkably.
