Features:
- The normal individual packing can be changed to others such as colorful labels with white box, printed colorful box, PDQ packing.
- Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.
- The master cartons are 5 layers which is strong enough to protect the goods during the shipment to the clients.
- The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of +/- 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items is cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program.
- All the painting on the surface of the products is 100% handmade.
- The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
- The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
- The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.

1. How does our QC team work in our factory?
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three levels? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
2. The samples will be charged or not?
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
3. How quickly we can response after your inquiry?
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
4. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples are finished?
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
5. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
