- The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
- The mat in the items is acid free. It means it can keep the color not fade for a long time. For this item, it can keep white for at least one year.
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.3mg/L
- All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 2mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
- The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good,
- We can make the packing to pass the drop testing if you need
- The finishing coat of each item is done if the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
- The glass is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the glass is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.
- Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
- The individual packing can be changed to colorful box if you need.
