Materials Composition:
- 45% MDF

Features:
- Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
- The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
- Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.
- In the mass production, each frame of this kind is very clean with no dust. The reason is that the last coat of each frame is painted in the dust-free plant.
- Each part such as the frame and back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 1mm to – 1mm.
- The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong; its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
- Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensuring that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
- The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, and white box with labels, printed colorful box and so on.

2. Why our price term is FOB Wuhan?
Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, and the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
3. How about the after sales service we can provide?

4. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
