1. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
2. How about the QC system in our factory?
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
3. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
4. If you order a sample, when can you get it?
You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.
5. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment.
