Materials Composition:
- 49% MDF
- 36% Paint
- 8% Photos and mat and glass

Features:
- The MDF materials we use are up to standard E1 or Carb2..
- The paint used on the frames are no lead content which means the lead is below 0.06mg/L.
- The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm.
- The finishing of the frame are 100% handmade. So it is very high valued.
- There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product
- Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.
- 5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.
- Drop test packing can be provided if you need.
- Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
The longest time is 12 hours..
2. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.
3. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
4. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements
5. How about the QC system in our factory?
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
