Materials Composition:

- Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L
- The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.06mg/L.

- The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop.
