Q1. Why most of company the longest size hair is cheaper?
A:because the hair long the quality is different with others hair, the wave is not beautiful, and

Q2. Is it possible to visit your factory?
A:Yes. Sincerely to say you are welcome to come and visit our factory and our head office in
Guangzhou, the international city and we are close to the airport, so it will be easy for us to
pick you up once you arrive at.
Q3. I'm interested in having my own logo - what services do you offer in terms of labels, packaging
and design and is it possible to provide me with a quote and a bit more information? My logo
is two colored and has 11 letters.
A: Kindly to say it is very welcome if you have your own logo to make your own label, depends on
your hair order then we may try to provide the label with your logo for free!
Q4. How do you take payments? Do you accept credit letter or escrow? Do you accept payments
in euro as a currency?
A: We have a lot of payment terms, Western Union, Money gram, T/T, esrow are accepted, payment
in US dollar will be much better.
Q5. How is the hair deloused (chemically, by hand?)
A: Our hair is strict on selection,so we don't source the hair with nits.After we collect the hair ,
our workers will use water to clean them by hand without chemical ,just unprocessed hair.
Q6. Are grays and split ends removed?
A: All of our hair is clean and health after manufacture finish by factory,we will use the clean bag
to package it and we will not open the package bag.Every time before we ship the hair to our
customers we will check the package bag whether broken,we just send the good package hair to our
customers.After customers receive the hair,they can wear on head directly.
Q7. How is the hair collected?
A: The raw materials are imported from overseas(Brazil,Peru,Mongolian,Cambodian,India,Malaysian,
Europe etc.) We have the special department to collect the hair,and all the hair is strict on selection,
cut from young girls, one piece cut from one donor.
