Food Field Machinery Electric Diaphragm Pump Used To Delivery Tomato Slurry
Introduction:
1. DBY anti corrosive electric operated double diaphragm reciprocating pump is a new-type diaphragm pump.
2. The diaphragm is the transmission medium and transmission of mechanical parts separately, so the media will not leak out. And the pump itself, no seal, greatly extended service life.
3. It widely used in petrifaction, ceramic, metallurgy and other industries to replace part of centrifugal pump and screw pump.
4. It is mainly used for corrosive, with solid, with high viscosity, volatile, inflammable, explosive and virulent; or even for glaze slip, confiture, glue water, tank bottom oil, etc.
Working Principle:
Moter(4)through the gear box(3)above the diaphragm plunger to drive around the ends(2) one after the other to reciprocate. In the left and right pump chamber, upper and lower four-way valve is equipped with(1),the movement of the diaphragm. Causes a change in volume of the working chamber, forcing the four-way valve is opened and closed alternately, so that the liquid suction and discharge continuously.
