Description of functions of control room mobile unit
1.0 Control system
1.1 The control system of QLB series asphalt plant is composed of an independent central control room and outside connecting line & cable, the control room is divided into distribution room and operation room.
1.2 The system has upward control computer unit and downward programming controller (PLC), etc., composed of distributed computer control system. RS232 standard serial interface is used to communication between all units.
1.3 The mixing station has the senior software system for control and monitor, the whole operation will display on the screen as dynamic mode, the mouse controls the screen directly, instead of traditional operational panel having signal lamp, index gage, or switch button.
1.4 The system will auto finish control state of all working links such as auto on/off, auto compound, over-impulse compensation, trouble alarm remind, report storage & print, etc all necessary control functions.
1.5 All functions control is interlock protection by computer programming management, to prevent errors occurring operation fails.
1.6 The control system also has manual operation function, all parts could full auto or manual operation, the buttons should at the relative position for all drive part and part communication, easy for manual operation.
1.7 The operation software of mixing station is unit modular special control procedure, to realize full screen display of the whole mixing station and real-time monitor, and distribution control graphic and remind display line could at the bottom of the drawing
2.1Distribution room
- There is main power air switch, all motors have air protective switch and over-heating protective device, power insulation level is IV, and connector terminals have line number.
- Large power motor adopts soft starter, starting stably, high efficiency and small starting current.
- It should use manual control to finish compounding in the emergency state with the separate weight control indictor.
- All cables in the mixing station is connected to distribution room.socket connection is used.
- Equipped two cameras used to inspect and one display.
