One by one location and installation of batch mobile asphalt plant.
Step 4,
Make mineral powder tank semi-trailer in assigned position,locate.hoist mineral powder tank car to the reference position by a 25T craneconnect metering screw conveyer(219)to mineral powder weighing hopper,mount mobile support of metering screw conveyer,install pneumatic butterfly valve and softconnect.
Step5,
Make cold aggregate supply system semi-trailer in assigned position,adjust the adjustable landing leg outside to the specified height,unfold rest landing leg,locate cold aggregate supply system carunfold collective conveyer belt,lock up to certain angle,keep the height and length,send cold aggregate from outlet of collective conveyer belt into dryer and feeder belt inlet of hoisting system semi-trailer.
Step6,
Make asphalt storage tank system semi-trailer in assigned position,adjust the adjustable landing leg to the specified height,connect the pipeline between oiling asphalt pump and main building,and keep steady state.
Step7,
Locate the asphalt heating system semi-trailer to the assigned position,adjust landing leg to specify height,and connect hard wired pipeline and 2 soft wired pipeline to the asphalt storage tank car .Lift the overhead tank on top of frame,connect the pipeline between overhead tank and low tank.
Step8,
Locate the air compressor,connect the gas pipelines between air compressor and main building,and connect airpipe of each electronic gas box.
Step9,
Locate the control system mobile unit to the assigned position,connect electric wire of each part,and main power.
Check allocation and connection of the sub-units one by one
Check allocation and connection of all parts. Prepare for other task before discharging.
Transportation of Batch Mobile Asphalt Plant.
Transport speed should be in accordance with fixed one in equipment.
