Xitong Brand ZSLQ-1500Model Batch Asphalt recycling mixing Plant

It’s suitable for asphalt mixing plant, and recycles all kinds of proportional asphalt mixture.

Max output :80-120t/h(Working condition):

  • Old material(or milling material) proportion 1800kg/m3; Water content of old material ≤5%;
  • Environmental temperature +5+55;
  • Altitude≤1000m;
  • Diameter of old material :5mm40mm

 

Main parts of equipment:

1.0 Supply system of cold aggregate powder

The cold hopper is mounted on the collective conveyer, with continuous frequency belt feeder. Every bin had inlet separated screen for rough & waste materials, operation platform and empty hopper alarm device, Collective belt and feeding belt, with anti-skid auxiliary tube and clean scratch board.
