storage and weighing system
1.1 storage bin
V type structure is applied for storage bin,max storage capacity is 5000kg,with four points sensors (American sensor)which can display the storage situation. Thermal oil heating device mounted at the bottom, and outside adopt rock cotton heat preservation and color steel. Travel air cylinder used to improve weighing accuracy.
1.2 Weighing silo
V type structure, air cylinder controlled the discharging door,equip four point sensor ( American sensor),weighing range 01500kg.
1.3 Hot material conveyor
Length : According to condition of the working site
Width : 800 mm (heat-resisting robber conveyor)
Conveying capacity: 650t/h
Drive motor: 7.5kw
The hot regenerate material will be sent into mixer.
2.0 Dust collector system
The soot inside the dryer and storage bin will be sent to new material dryer by draught then to secondary burning. The dust will be collected by new material mixing equipment, so there is no dust overflow outside ( Please check the capacity of main draft fan and dust collector system of original asphalt mixing plant before ordering).
3.0 Control system
The system has upward control computer unit and downward programming controller (PLC), etc., composed of distributed computer control system. RS232 standard serial interface is used to communication between all units.
The control system also has manual operation function, all parts could full auto or manual operation, the buttons should at the relative position for all drive part and part communication, easy for manual operation.
Dynamic control program can display the whole equipment and test function .At the bottom there is material ratio diagram displayed.
