With powerful UNIMETRO measuring software the Easy series portable vision measurement machine provides full function measurement of the accurate small parts, such as point, line, circle, arc, surface and diagonal etc, available for geometric dimension calculation, tolerance calculation, graphic determination of deviation, graphic display, also report output and SPC quality control function are included.
Tolerance can be set from the measuring result, OK or NG can be indicated by green or red color.
Report: automatic output to WORD/EXCEL, the report format can be customized, the measurement results will be automatically imported, the built-in SPC software can provide CPK value for reference.
SPC quality control Excel reports
Provides the image edge detecting tools, point, line, box, circle, arc, all elements can be fast detected of the edge. The work piece measurement is graphical which can be saved, print, or output to the DXF file for the CAD editor to use.
Provides manual and automatic measurement function with super trimming function, rapid removal of image edges or defective to obtain accurate measurement data.
UWC3200 is for option, which will offer software control and programmable illumination.
