2000KG mixer capacity 50mm rockwool asphalt mixing plant with Nomex bag
1. Hot aggregate bin
After been screened, aggregate of different size is stored in relative hot bin,
with total capacity of about 50T, temperature of that 5 hot aggregate bins are kept by 50mm rock cotton against heat loss, the outside wall is covered with stripe color steel plate, which is with exllent thermo-insulation performance(temperature reduces less than 20 in 12 hours ). Every bin has the continued hopper feeder, to detect the full positioning condition in the real-time; baffle plates are set on clapboard of hot aggregate bin against wear; each bin has the inspection hole separately and overflow pipeline.
2. Mixing tank
The double vortex mixing tank will reach to an optimum mixing effect, mixing arm, blade and lining are made of special anti-frication cast steel, all linings are bolted outside of the tank, easy for maintenance and change. Mixing tank is driven by double-reducer, with oil-bath gearing working synchronously. Full open arc type discharging door can exhaust finished mixture rapidly which effectively reduces mixing cycle.
The mixing tank had thermal oil preservation, to prevent heating loss, the unloading door is driven by two cylinders, a collective hopper is mounted at the below, to ensure no asphalt mixture falling when unloading.Type: Double-shaft vane forced mixer

3 Frame part
Heavy steel structure, the outlet to the ground is 4m, from ground to platform there is handrail and guard railing, platform loading is 200kg/ m2. To prevent dust floating coming form production, all dust should send to the collector through negative pressure catheter set on mixing tower .
