Flat Round Fine Bubble Air Diffuser 3/4'' Screw With EPDM Membrane
EPDM membrane fine bubble disc diffusers has been manufactured for more than 20 years in the aeration of industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, domestic septic tank, food process like fermentation, fish farm or shrimp farm aeration. The wastewater treatment of activated sludge and contact aeration process and aquarium will all need high Oxygen transfer rate or Oxygen transfer efficiency, OTE. and low pressure loss by the membrane.
The reinforced EPDM can continuously create fine bubble from slots on the EPDM membrane of disc type or tube type diffuser. The expected duty life may be over 5 years without tearing or bursting. There are other material selections of self-sink silicon rubber membrane, ceramic diffuser, air stone, and coil looking diffuser. There are also course bubble air diffuser for application of liquid mixture. The diffuser can be used for roots blower, ring blower and linear air pump. The diffuser also has advantage of much energy reduction.

The specially-blended, high grade EPDM elastomer compounds resist degradation that’s common to other membranes, and delivers over 10 years of proven performance.
Lower energy consumption and raised operating efficiencies are made possible by the unique membrane shape, integrated O-ring, and top-sealing threaded retainer ring, which eliminates leakage. A highly effective, integrated check valve enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications.
Sanitaire patented pipe joints are designed to withstand thermal expansion and contraction, water hammer and other dynamic stresses, while pipe supports allow infinite height adjustment for accurate grid leveling. Spline joint design makes it easy to install and eliminates the risk for installation errors for contractors. Piping and other elements are fully interchangeable with Sanitaire ceramic disc systems.
