Automatic Mooring winch

When winch automatic mooring, motor sensor 1-2 minutes at a constant tension to twist rope and adjust the tension.
When the tension makes hydraulic oil pressure rise to the control valve to adjust opening value, the hydraulic oil began to overflow into tank, the hydraulic motor automatic twisting speed of cable is rapidly declining, until the speed is zero. If the tension continues to increase, the hydraulic motor will be driven by mooring rope to reverse, automatically send out rope and run pump rated conditions.
Constant power variable displacement pump, oil supply direct ratio to system oil pressure, and speed direct ratio to tension. When mooring rope slack, hydraulic motor automatic twist rope. When the tension is gradually increasing, system working pressure increasing, displacement and rope speed automatically reduced, until the rope tension reached a certain value, hydraulic motor stops rotating.
Automatic Towing Winch
Automatic towing winch Is the key equipment of ocean vessels. Under adverse conditions with mooring cable tension of sudden change can automatic retractable cable, to avoid towing equipment damage or towing cable fault.
The rated tension of towing winch according to towing hook rated pulling force. In rated condition, the rope drum speed should not be more than 18m/min. when the towing rope along water surface deflection of ±30 degrees, or vertical deflection of ± 10 degrees, the towing winch should be guaranteed to work properly.
When empty load, the speed should be 25-35m/min, so as to prevent the rope from winding on the propeller.
Automatic towing winch is usually equipped with a manual operation mechanism, a mooring rope length counter and a sound signal device.
