Description:

3. Resin mold life cycle: 10-15 times per mold.
4. Materials we can process for vacuum casting: rubber, materials similar to ABS, PP, PC, PA, POM, PMMA etc.

5. Short production cycle, and high precision: +/-0.05mm.
6. Surface finishing process include: polishing, painting, plating etc.
7. Huayu Prototype has ability to offer: structure design and revising, reverse engineering services.
8. The prototype can be used for sample confirmation, sample exhibition or selling directly.
9. Strict QC process is a must here.
Huayu QC department will check each part(even if it's a small component) as per drawings.
