A: After we get notice from customer, we will send worker and technician to customer’s factory to install machinery, run the production line and do trial production, meanwhile, train worker and technician to operate the machinery and master the formula and technology.

A: We have been manufacturing this machinery for nearly 20 years. Till now, there is no big problem. All the machines normally runs.

Q: if there is breakdown, how can we do?
